POLICY
Missed Lessons/Refunds:
You must inform us of all absences, with 24 hrs notice where possible. Credits or refunds are not given for unexpected missed lessons. Refunds will only be authorised in exceptional circumstances or teacher absences. MSM is not responsible for any lessons missed by students due to school activities, sport, or holiday travel. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify MSM if a student is going to be absent from a lesson due to a school activity. In many cases, a Zoom lesson can be arranged during a students regular time slot should they be unable to physically attend.
Make-up Lessons:
Teachers can provide makeup lessons only if they have available time and have received more than 24 hrs notice of the absence, or if they themselves have been absent. A makeup lesson may be a group lesson or provided by another teacher. It is up to you to pro-actively contact us to arrange the make-up. Makeup credits will be reset each term & will not be transferred back into lesson credit or refunds except in the case of teacher absences.
Student Withdrawal:
Booking a spot for the term is a commitment to that time each week for the entire term. There is no free trial or trial period. If you are having any issues with the teacher or the material please communicate that to us & we will try our best to find a solution (fix the problem). We require two weeks' written notice for un-enrolment. Non-attendance at lessons does not indicate cancellation of enrolment and the student will be charged for these lessons.
Invoices:
Every lesson scheduled will be listed on your invoice. Invoices must be paid by the due date or lessons may be suspended & the student’s spot lost. We accept Creative Kids vouchers.
